No absolute guarantee can be given that delayed delivery will not occur during transit due to circumstances beyond our control. If the package does not arrive within a reasonable time after our email advice of despatch, notify us so that tracking may be initiated.
Similarly we cannot guarantee that damage
in transit will not occur. If a package arrives with obvious
visible damage, either do not accept it or sign with an endorsement to
the effect " Packaging damaged. Contents not checked" then
notify us immediately.
